My haircut started by Mimi sectioning my hair at the back. You never really know how long your hair is in the back until you see it in photos.
She finger combed my hair then pushed my head down. I then heard the clippers turn on. I felt a comb brush my hair up at the back and then heard the clippers begin to cut away at my hair. With every pass of the clippers, I felt her comb my hair down, then back up so it could be buzzed off.
Once she established her baseline, she ran the clippers up my neck to buzz off any stray neck hairs.
With the baseline established, Mimi brought down the next layer and prepared it to be cut.
Once again, the clippers came out and I could hear them shearing my hair off at the back.
Enzo wasn't satisfied with the length at the nape, and told Mimi to go shorter. Before she did, she asked me to have a look at the back. Admittedly, it really didn't look buzzed, so I told Mimi to go shorter.
As before, the clippers came out and Mimi buzzed my hair to the hairline.
Satisfied with the length, Mimi then put away the clippers and took out a razor to cut my hair.
She used the razor to cut my length all the way around.
I'd been toying with the idea of getting bangs, so we decided to do long bangs.
Mimi continued to use the razor to cut my bangs.
She then performed some finishing touches with the razor
Finally It was time to dry my hair for the 3rd and last time.
