I've been getting a few e-mails asking me for a hair update. I haven't posted any updates on salon visits because I've been letting my hair grow. My plan was to let my hair grow into a one length bob. My plan was to let my hair grow until August. In August, I'm traveling to Italy to visit family, and figured I'd get a trim before leaving the states, and possible, have my hair done while I'm away. But some unforseen circumstances came up which cause me to change plans.
Recently, I've been contacted by a follower of this blog who has offered a generous donation to me if I have my hair cut and Enzo video tapes it. The offer was too good to pass up, so I agreed to do it after vacation. But recently, we've had some unbearable heat here on the East coast of the US. I snapped this photo in my car the other day.
I realized that my hair that's getting way too bulky to deal with in this heat, so I decided to set an appointment to get my hair cut for next Sunday July 8th. Thanks to the contribution of one of our followers, this haircut will be video taped. I'll be posting photos after the haircut for all to see, and will consider making the video available to others who contribute. The cut that I'll be getting is still undetermined, but until then you can see what the starting point will be.

So this is my hair now. All it needs is a shape up to be a nice blunt bob, but I still have a week to decide what to do. watch for an update next week.
